PHOTOGRFR HELP CENTER & FAQ

Processing time varies between 1-3 days before the order is shipped.

Why? Well, a couple variables:

Day/Time ordered

• Orders placed after 3pm CST Monday-Friday, on weekends, or holidays will start processing the next business day.

• USPS Domestic Priority Shipping & Expedited International Shipping will be processed in 1 - 2 Business Days.

Type of Shipping

• Free Domestic Shipping & Free International Shipping: 1 - 3 Business Days to Process.

Payment troubleshooting:

• Double-check all card info and make sure it matches correctly.

• Confirm your billing address (especially your zip code!)

Other options:

• Use another card

• Use PayPal or even your trusty Amazon Account

A few possible reasons as to why your order was cancelled/refunded:

• You did not respond to an important email from Photogrfr regarding a time sensitive email.

• You may have placed a duplicate order and we automatically refunded it to make sure you were not charged twice.

• Order was flagged as "Highly Fraudulent" and was refunded (in this case, please place an order again and provide us with the following information in the 'Notes' section during checkout):

• E-mail Address

• Billing Address

• Last 4 Digits of Credit Card/Debit Card Used

Your debit / credit card will only be charged one time.

If you just placed your order and you received an error at first, the second charge you are seeing is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear and is 'pending' (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

A couple things could be the issue:

• Credit card information is not correct.

• Billing or shipping address is not valid.

Please make sure you are using the exact address associated with your card. Most times it is a simple typo, a zip code, or not listing the apartment/suite number!

"Unfulfilled" just means that we have successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled" soon after.

1. Under the Payment section during checkout, click the "Have a gift card?"

2. Enter your Gift Card number.

3. Click, "Apply".

4. The Gift Card amount will then be deducted from your order total. Any remaining ballance will be avaiable on any future purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation* to the email address you entered on your order. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

*If you have not receive an email, please check your promotions and spam folders and add hello@photogrfr.com to your safe sender list.

Photogrfr does not store any payment or credit card information. Please see our Privacy Policy & Terms of Service for further information.

If there are any issues with your payment card, please contact your bank and/or Shopify directly to resolve any issues.

Please notify us at Customer Service (hello@photogrfr.com) ASAP if you have entered your address incorrectly during checkout. We will do our best to update your address.

If your package has already left our facility, please see if USPS (for US-Customers) can intercept your package before returning the package back to our facility. You can read more about it here: https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm We apologize for the inconvenience, but there isn't a similar service for International Customers.

All orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility for paying shipping fees associated with the order. Once the package returns to our facility, we will refund the order for the total amount that was spent on the payment (minus shipping fees).

Photogrfr will not be responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with shipment to an incorrect address.

Sorry Photogrfr! Only one discount code may be used per order.

Enter your coupon code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" section during the checkout process. Hit apply and the discount amount will be reflected on the order total immediately!

No, discount codes will not work on any sale items. If you have both sale and full priced items in your shopping cart, you may still use your discount code, and only items that are not on sale will be discounted.

• The tracking number was sent to you in your confirmation email.

• Confirmation email with the tracking number shortly after we ship your order. The link will take about 24-48 hours to show any updates.

After processing, it varies on the type of shipping selected at checkout. Please note these are estimated delivery times and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order in the timeframe stated below. Unfortunately, shipping companies will vary in how fast/slow they can deliver your package. After we hand your package over to the shipping provider, the time it takes for delivery is completely out of our control. If you ordered internationally please know that your package will need to go through an inspection at customs, which could lengthen delivery times.

Please do the following before contacting Customer Service:

• Contact your local Post Office and see if the package has arrived at the facility. (please give them your tracking number)

• Inquire any neighboring units, complex management (for apartments/condos), etc. to see if the package has been misplaced.

If the package is not found, Photogrfr will reimburse you for the full amount that was spent on the merchandise in the form of store credit (minus shipping and handling). A tracking link with the "Delivered" message confirms that your order has arrived at the address you provided, however we will cover your cost with store credit in this specific scenario. A filed claim to the shipping courier may be necessary for store credit or reimbersments.

• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

• We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $40 AND CALCULATED RATES FOR ALL ORDERS UNDER $40 BASED ON SHIPPING LOCATION.

Any order using more than standard shipping will need to utilize the automated calculator upon checkout.
